A few months ago, the power of YouTube was displayed when United Airlines broke a customer’s guitar. When he got no resolution or sympathy from the airline, the musician, Dave Carroll, vowed to produce three videos. Unlike United, Dave Carroll is a man of his word and here is part two of three!
