Single Parents And Customs
A single parent wearily arrived in the airport in Germany with four children under age 11. Collecting the many suitcases and rounding up the four kids, they entered the cramped customs area.
A young customs official stared in disbelief and said “Do all these children and this luggage belong to you?”
”Yes, sir,” replied the parent with a sigh, ”they’re all mine.”
The customs agent began his interrogation: ”Do you have any weapons, contraband or illegal drugs in your possession?”
”Sir, if I’d had any of those items, I would have used them by now.”
