Single Parent Travel Returns For 7th Year!

For the tenth year, Single Parent Travel is returning to Beaches resorts in August! This will be out 7th trip to Beaches Turks and Caicos and it will not disappoint. Your vacation is ALL INCLUSIVE–leave the wallet at home and enjoy the sun, sand and surf.  With the addition of the exclusive Italian Village (all suite and all concierge) there is something for everyone and a total of 16 restaurants–too many to sample them all, we are only there a week!

Of course we will have some SPT surprises along the way including a private welcoming reception, group activities and more! We already have 5 families who splashed in the surf with us in August 2009 sign up for 2010.

Right now, the price for our available rooms is holding at last year’s levels. Depending on the room classification, it will range from $3365 to $5489 for a family of two for the entire week.  Airfare and insurance are optional and other room categories are available.BTC 2009 (77)

To reserve your spot and guarantee your price, a $200 deposit will do it. It is fully refundable until July 1, 2010 when the balance is due. For anyone that has been to a Sandals or Beaches only one time, we can arrange for a $250 discount for your 2nd trip by enrolling you in their Signature Guest program!

    Deb–

    I would need to know where you are coming from and the age(s) of your kid(s) to get a price on airfare. As to the pools, the rooms that are closest to the pools are in the Italian Village which is sold out on the 5 lowest categories. In the Italian the lowest category available is a Roman Penthouse ($4294 for 2) The rooms in the Caribbean Village are not very close to the pools; however the French Village rooms are VERY close. We do not have any families signed up for the French Village (it is furthest from the beach, convenient to the water park. Right now there is a sale on the Frnch Village rooms at $2848 for 2 for the week.

    Are the prices you quote the same as the ones found on the Beaches T & C website?

    Lianne–they are close enough. For my prices, I round up to the nearest dollar to make it easier. But ultimately it will be the same price as Beaches has. Our agreement has the lowest price so you shoudl not see it any lower. However, if you book it on their site and not through us, you will not be included with the group and will not be able to participate with the activities, etc..

    Every year I want to go on this trip…and every year it is too late in August for us…My daughter’s first day of school is August 17, as is the norm for a lot of schools in the South. I hope someday you consider making it earlier in August so I can join you!

    Tami–

    Next year, we will also schedule a group earlier in the summer. We have tried it before, but unfortunately the pricing tends to be significantly higher so I anticipate rather than having a group of 20 or 30 families, we might only have 5 or 6.

    But let’s make it a deal and give it a try!

    That would be great John! Also, now that Carnival is using Charleston SC as a regular port, I’d be very interested in any group cruises leaving out of there…I’m only an hour away so no air fare for me :) Keep the emails comin!
